Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to digital services, custom project work, invoices and online courses sold by FikarFix. We do not ship physical goods, so there is nothing to "return" by courier — refunds are handled as described below.

Quotations

Requesting a quotation is free and creates no payment obligation. You may withdraw an enquiry at any time before you accept a proposal and pay.

Custom projects and retainers

• Work starts after the proposal is accepted and the agreed advance (or first milestone) is received.
• If you cancel before work has begun, the unused advance is refunded in full within 14 working days.
• If you cancel after work has begun, billed time and delivered work are deducted. Any unused balance of the current milestone is refunded. Completed milestones are not refundable.
• If we cannot deliver the agreed scope for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work.

Online courses

Course fees are refundable within 7 days of payment if the learner has not attended a live session and has not received more than 20% of the course materials. After that point fees are non-refundable, except where the class is cancelled by FikarFix.

How to request a refund

Email info@fikarfix.com with your invoice number, the reason, and the original payment method. Approved refunds are sent back by the same method within 14 working days. Bank and gateway charges that cannot be recovered may be deducted.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services.
