About us

FikarFix is a digital services business based in Lahore, Pakistan, Pakistan. We provide web and app development, design, marketing, research support, AI automation and online education as listed on our Services and Courses pages.

Quotations and contracts

• Prices on the website are starting figures or package examples. A binding price is the one in a written proposal or invoice you accept.
• A contract is formed when you accept a proposal (in writing or by paying the invoice) and we confirm.
• Scope, timeline, revision rounds and payment schedule are those stated in the proposal. Changes are quoted separately.

Payments

• Invoices are payable by the due date using the payment methods shown at checkout or on the invoice.
• Work may be paused if a scheduled payment is overdue.
• Taxes, if applicable, are stated on the invoice.

Intellectual property

Until invoices for a project are paid in full, FikarFix retains the intellectual property in the work. After full payment, the agreed deliverables are licensed or assigned as stated in the proposal. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Acceptable use

You must not use the site to send unlawful, harmful or misleading content, attempt to access the admin panel without permission, or interfere with other users. Academic support is provided as tutoring and research assistance — submitted work remains the student's responsibility and must follow their institution's rules.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by the client, third-party platforms or events beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, after a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter directly.
