What we deliver

• Websites, web applications, UI/UX design and related digital assets.
• Marketing, content, media production and AI automation work, delivered electronically.
• Academic research support and online classes delivered over the internet.

Delivery method

Files, credentials, reports and class links are sent by email, a shared drive, or the client's chosen repository. There is no physical shipment, tracking number or customs process.

Timelines

• A customised quotation is normally sent within 24 hours of a complete enquiry.
• Project timelines are written in the accepted proposal. Typical website builds range from 1 to 6 weeks depending on scope.
• Course schedules are published on the Courses page and confirmed by email after enrolment.

Client responsibilities

Delivery dates assume timely feedback, content and approvals. Delays on the client side move the calendar by the same amount.

Revisions and support

The number of revision rounds is stated in the proposal. After handover we provide a reasonable window of support to fix defects in the delivered work. New features are quoted separately.
